Psywater

It started as a random urge to draw Pokemon. Then I figured to make it art of a Lugia I have on another site, weird markings and name included. Psywater was a nickname for the first and best Lugia I had on my old Gold version, and he was randomly designed for a Pokemon B/C shop on Gaia Online. He's still fun to play with though. :3 I always had a hard time drawing Lugias and I'm happy that at least the wings don't look half bad. Their wings are this weird hand/wing hybrid so I just made it more feathery and that's the end of that. And now I'm rambling too much.
